Nvidia announced a long-term partnership with Corning to expand U.S. manufacturing of optical connectivity systems for AI infrastructure. Nvidia purchased $500 million in warrants and may invest up to $3.2 billion total, while Corning will build three new plants in North Carolina and Texas, increasing U.S. optical capacity tenfold and creating over 3,000 jobs.
